【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoportabledevicesforhouseholdandsimilaruses(hereafterreferredtoasportableresidualcurrentdevices(PRCDs),consistingofaplug,aresidualcurrentdevice(RCD)andoneormorecocket-outletsoraprovisionforconnection,functionallyindependentof,orfunctionallydependenton,linevoltage.Theydonotincorporateovercurrentprotection.Theyareintendedforsingle-phasecircuitsforratedcurrentsnotexceeding16Aforratedvoltagesnotexceeding250Va.c.,orforratedcurrentnotexceeding32Aforratedvoltagesnotexceeding130Va.c.toearth.Theyareintendedtoprovideprotectionagainstshockhazardincaseofdirectcontact,inadditiontotheprotectionprovidedbythefixedinstallationsforthecircuitdownstream.)PRCDshavearatedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding0,03A.Theyensutetrippingincaseofresidualalternatingcurrentsandresidualpulsatingdirectcurrents,whethersuddenlyappliedorslowlyrising(see8.15).Plugsandsocket-outletswillcomplywiththerelevantstandards.
