【摘要】:Samplingisasimportantastesting.Ifthesamplingisimproperlydone,thesampleofthematerialwillbeinerror,andtheanalysiswillnotrepresentthetruepropertiesofthematerial,anditmaybeimpossibleorimpracticabletotakeanothersample;whereas,ifthesampleisproperlytakenandtheanalysisisinerror,anotheranalysiscanreadilybemadeoftheoriginalsample.Samplesmaybetakenforeitherofthefollowingtwopurposes:Torepresentasnearlyaspossibleanaverageofthebulkofthematerialssampled,orToascertainthemaximumvariationincharacteristicswhichthematerialpossesses.Agoodsamplingplanhasthefollowingcharacteristics:Itprotectstheconsumeragainsttheacceptanceofabadbatchofmaterial.Itprotectstheproduceragainsttherejectionofagoodbatchofmaterial.Itgiveslong-rangeprotectiontotheconsumer.Itencouragestheproducertokeephisprocessincontrol.Itminimizesthecostofsampling,inspectionoftesting,andadministration.Itprovidesinformationconcerningthequalityoftheproduct.SamplingIntegrity8212;Whenonetakesasample,oneisattemptingtorepresentabatchorlotofmaterialwiththatsample.Differentformsofpitch,andpitchindifferenttypesofcontainers,needtohavedifferentsamplingplansandappropriatesamplingequipment.Eachsamplingplanshouldbedesignedsothatitaccomplishesitsobjective,whichistoascertainthecharacteristicsorqualityofabatchorlotofmaterial.1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforsamplingpitchatpointsofmanufacture,storage,anddelivery.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificwarningstatementsaregiveninSection11.
