【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthepropertiesofthepipingsystemanditscomponentsmadefromglassreinforcedthermosettingplastics(GRP)basedonunsaturatedpolyesterresin(UP)forwatersupply,irrigation,drainageorseweragesystemswithorwithoutpressure.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoGRP-UPpipingsystems,withflexiblejoints,intendedtobeinstalledusingjackingtechniques.ItspecifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesmadefromGRP-UP,withorwithoutaggregatesorfillersandalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisInternationalStandard.NOTEPipesreferredtointhisInternationalStandardare,becauseoftheirintendeduse,requiredtohaveaminimumnominalstiffnessofatleastSN20000(see5.2.1).ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletopipesandjointswithasizerangefromDN100toDN4000whichareintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofwaterorsewageattemperaturesupto50℃,withorwithoutpressure.Itcoversrequirementstoprovethedesignofthejointandspecifiestypetestperformancerequirementsforthejointsasafunctionofthedeclarednominalpressureratingofthepipelinesystemandtherequiredjointdeflectioncapabilityofthesystem.GRP-fittings,usedbetweenpipesystemscoveredbythisInternationalStandard,shallbeinaccordancewithISO10639forwatersupplysystemsorISO10467fordrainageandseweragesystems,asapplicable.Inapipe-worksystem,pipesofdifferentnominalpressureandstiffnessratingsmaybeusedtogether.
